RCW Rampage official merchandise is now online! Please read the following instructions prior to ordering. By purchasing anything through RCW/River City Productions, you acknowledge that you agree to the instructions listed below.

FORMS OF PAYMENT -- RCW and RCW Home Video accepts checks, money order, and credit cards. Credit cards are accepted through PayPal ONLY!

CREDIT CARD INFO -- You must have a PayPal account. To order online with a credit card, make sure to click on ADD TO CART. When you are finished with your order, click on VIEW CART and follow instructions.

CHECKS -- PLEASE include your driver's license, current address and current telephone number.

SHIPPING & HANDLING -- Please use the following format for shipping and handling when adding up your total:

If your sub-total is $.01-$20.00, please add $5 to your total purchase
If your sub-total is $20.01-$35.00, please add $10 to your total purchase
If your sub-total is $35.00 and above, please add $15 to your total purchase

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY -- No returns, no exceptions. Exchanges for exact product title are allowed with the exception of DVD's which cannot be returned or exchanged. Exchanges are for items damaged during shipping or mistakes by RCW in shipping only. You cannot exchange a product for a different product. T-shirts and apparel may be exchanged within 30 days undamaged. VHS may be exchanged within 30 days. DVD's cannot be returned. Current DVD formats are DVD+R and DVD-R so be sure to check your DVD player manual for compatibility. To make an exchange, please return the damaged item via mail with receipt. Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
